Born From Family Gatherings,

It began the way most good things in our family do — around a table crowded with food and laughter. My aunties started brewing kombucha simply to share at our gatherings, experimenting with different fruits until every new batch became a reason to linger a little longer. We named it AnKang (安康) — peace and health — after the feeling those evenings always left us with.
When friends and clients told us their digestion had never felt better after drinking ours, we knew it was worth sharing beyond our family table. We still never rush a batch the way my aunties taught themselves — utensils and bottles fully sterilised, every batch tasted and smelled through first and second fermentation, supervised by hand. We never mass-produce, because every bottle deserves the same care it was given at our kitchen counter.
