AnKang Kombucha is a small-batch, living, fermented beverage with a short shelf life. Because of this, our refund policy is different from typical retail goods — please read it before ordering.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, personal taste preference, or once a bottle has been opened or consumed. This is a food-safety measure — once a fermented product leaves our care, we cannot verify how it has been stored or handled.
We will replace or refund your order if any of the following apply, reported within 24–48 hours of delivery with a clear photo (and video, where relevant):
Where possible, we prefer to send a replacement bottle rather than a refund — but a refund will always be offered if a replacement isn't suitable for you.
If your order is significantly delayed in transit due to courier issues and the product arrives spoiled as a result, this is treated as a quality issue under the section above — please contact us with evidence and we'll make it right.
