Refund & Returns Policy

AnKang Kombucha is a small-batch, living, fermented beverage with a short shelf life. Because of this, our refund policy is different from typical retail goods — please read it before ordering.

What We Do Not Refund

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, personal taste preference, or once a bottle has been opened or consumed. This is a food-safety measure — once a fermented product leaves our care, we cannot verify how it has been stored or handled.

What We Do Refund or Replace

We will replace or refund your order if any of the following apply, reported within 24–48 hours of delivery with a clear photo (and video, where relevant):

  • Your bottle arrived damaged, cracked, or leaking.
  • You received the wrong flavour or item.
  • There is a genuine quality issue on arrival — e.g. mould, an off smell, or unusual appearance unrelated to normal fermentation fizz.

How to Request a Replacement or Refund

  1. Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at 012-451 9599 or email hello@ankang.my.
  2. Include your order number, a clear photo of the issue, and a short description.
  3. We'll review and respond within 2 business days with either a replacement, store credit, or refund to your original payment method.

Where possible, we prefer to send a replacement bottle rather than a refund — but a refund will always be offered if a replacement isn't suitable for you.

Delivery Delays

If your order is significantly delayed in transit due to courier issues and the product arrives spoiled as a result, this is treated as a quality issue under the section above — please contact us with evidence and we'll make it right.
