Payment confirmation: we currently process payment manually via DuitNow QR — you send us proof of payment directly via WhatsApp or email, which we use solely to verify and confirm your order. We do not collect or store your banking credentials or full card details at any point.
Communication records: messages you send us via WhatsApp or email for order verification and customer service.

To process, confirm, and deliver your order.

We currently handle order verification and delivery arrangements ourselves and do not automatically share your data with any third-party system. Once we complete integration with a licensed online payment gateway and/or courier partner, this section will be updated to name those parties before any data is shared with them.

As our order process is currently manual (DuitNow QR payment verified via WhatsApp/email), your payment credentials are never transmitted to or stored by us at any point.
